1. Services
We provide mobile detailing services at your location, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other cosmetic services for vehicles.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via SMS.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage].
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments

5. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide a safe and legal location for services to be performed.
• Ensure your vehicle is accessible and unlocked at the time of appointment.
• Remove any valuables or personal items from your vehicle before service.
6. Service Limitations
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or electrical/mechanical failures.
• Certain stains, odors, or contaminants may not be fully removable.
• We do not wash vehicles in active rain or unsafe environments.
7. Liability
• We carry general liability insurance.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
• You agree not to hold us responsible for issues arising after a service, unless caused directly by our negligence.
8. Photos and Media
We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for documentation or marketing purposes. Personal identifiers (like license plates) will be blurred or cropped. You can opt out by notifying us in advance.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
